As the SARS COV-2 Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, continues to create uncertainty in the world around us, we are faced with more questions than answers about how it will impact our daily lives and our immediate future. While we all take necessary precautions to keep ourselves and our loved ones safe, we ask that you please do not forget about the small businesses in our community, and the additional challenges we are faced with. During this time, it will be difficult for most to keep normal business hours and employ staff as usual.

Our business, and businesses like ours, work daily to provide custom apparel and services to youth and high school sports, community events, school administrations, booster clubs, PTAs, police departments, small businesses, church groups, family reunions, fundraising events, school spirit wear, and more. All of those things are currently either on hold, operating in a minimal capacity, or suspended altogether. As of today, the timeline for recovery for our business and businesses like ours is unknown.

At Frisco Sports, we will be doing everything necessary to continue to make our products and services available to our customers. First and foremost is the safety of our staff and our community. For this reason, we will be temporarily closing the doors of our brick-and-mortar location. Until March 30th, our store will be operating in a limited capacity to give customers who have already ordered an opportunity to pick up items. While we are taking extra precautions in store, we understand you may not feel comfortable coming in to get your items. If this is the case, please call us and we will be happy to bring the items out to you or offer a no-contact exchange at our doors.

We will continue to offer all of our services going forward in a remote capacity, including designing and creating custom online stores for your team, event, or business as well as taking and fulfilling new custom orders. Our phones, emails, and web chat are all open to continue servicing your needs. In addition, we have been working diligently this week to move our retail inventory online to so that our community can continue to shop for their favorite school apparel. Please keep an eye out in the coming days for the launch of our online store.

Many of you have gotten to know us both as a business and as people. We have always been family-owned and operated by a small staff of community parents and students alike. Over the years, we have actively supported local schools and sports, donated to local charities, and provided services for youth groups, churches, and non-profit organizations. All of that continues to be possible with the help and support of our community, and it is a great privilege to serve our community in return.

Whether it is for a business, a sports team, a family event, or any other reason, we ask you to please keep us in mind if you or anyone you know has custom apparel needs. A simple referral or opportunity to service your business, event, team, or club will go a long way towards helping our business and those like ours through these difficult times. In return, if you own a business, connect with us. We understand the circumstances, and we welcome the opportunity to support you and work within your constraints however we can. Every small business is facing the same challenges, and they need your support and patronage to endure. Let’s work together to help keep small, family businesses strong through these difficult times.

Thank you all for your continued support,
